Our Lenses

We aren’t blessed with an armory of lenses basically I have the bare minimum. All I have in my arsenal are the cheapest you can get in the market, but if you can afford it, buying lenses are well worth it specially wide angle lenses and prime lenses

  1. The standard zoom: My standard lens is the kitlens, 18-55mm VR 1. The standard kitlens of the Nikon D5100.

  2. Telephoto: Tamron 70-300mm This telephoto lens is not a really fast lens and with no VC (Vibration Compensation) and with a large aperture value it is really hard to shoot with lowlight settings hand held, this lens does have a macro feature so it is versatile and considering its price, it is a lens to be considered for budding photographers.

  3. Prime lens: Our Nikkor AF-D lens. it does not auto-focus on our D5100 and D3100 because the Camera bodies have no built in motor however with the right application of skill it can produce great portraits.
